Prize-Drawing And Wellness Event Opportunities

ICI is pleased to present two opportunities this year for exhibitors to increase traffic to your booth. As an exhibitor, you may choose to participate in one or both of the following events. There are no fees to participate in either event, and participation is optional.

PRIZE DRAWING

ICI will once again provide an opportunity for exhibiting firms to give away prizes to attendees who stop by your booth. The prize drawing will take place in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, May 10 during the evening reception.

The prize may be any item of your choice and can range from gift certificates or gourmet gift baskets to MP3 players and tablets…the possibilities are endless!

There is no fee associated with this opportunity and participation is optional. All companies that register will have their company name and prize listed in the GMM program.

Company name and prize listed in the GMM program book
Increased traffic to your exhibitor booth
Preconference attendee lists to target attendees
No fees to participate (participation is optional)

If you wish to take advantage of the prize-drawing opportunity, you must register in advance.

Note: In order to be included in the GMM program book, your prize description must be received by March 20, 2012. All prizes must be approved in advance by ICI.

WELLNESS WORKS EVENT

Wellness Works! New this year! ICI is excited to present “Wellness Works,” an interactive health and fitness event that will take place in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday morning. This new event will allow attendees to participate in a fitness class led by a certified instructor. In addition, a celebrity athlete will sign autographs in the Exhibit Hall. ICI encourages all exhibitors to take advantage of the increased traffic in the hall by participating in this new event. Incorporate your booth into the event by hosting a smoothie station or fruit and granola bar, handing out small wellness/fitness related items such as pedometers or heart rate monitors, providing a seated massage station, or any other fun and interactive ideas that will coordinate with this new event.

There is no fee associated with this opportunity and participation is optional. All companies that register will have their company name, booth number, and interactive event listed in the Wellness Works section of the program book, which will be distributed onsite.
