Hotel Reservation Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Hotel reservations for ICI’s General Membership Meeting may be made solely through this website using the secure link provided below. 

Please disregard any third-party housing bureau calls soliciting hotel reservations. This is a fraudulent service. Do not attempt to book rooms through this company or provide them with any financial information.

  • Conference registrants may make reservations at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel at the special conference rate of $323/$353 (single/double), based upon availability. Note: The hotel room block may fill up prior to the hotel cutoff date of April 5.
  • The Marriott Wardman Park Hotel will NOT accept reservations over the telephone for hotel rooms at the special conference rate. All reservations, cancellations, and modifications to existing reservations must be made online in order to receive the conference rate. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Hotel rooms at the special conference rates are for the exclusive use of attendees of the conference or a related committee meeting. You must be registered for the conference or a related committee meeting in order to receive this room rate. If you are not registered for the conference or related meeting but have reserved a hotel room at the Marriott Park Wardman Hotel at the special conference rate, you will be contacted by the ICI Conference Division and given five business days to register for the conference or committee meeting; otherwise your hotel reservation will be cancelled.
  • You will receive an acknowledgment of your hotel reservation via email.
  • Reservations must be made by April 5 to receive the special conference rate.

TO MAKE RESERVATIONS

  • Your hotel reservation can be made online at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
  • Once you have made your hotel reservations online, a confirmation number will be sent to you. Please keep this confirmation number for your records. You also will need it to modify or cancel your existing reservation.

TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

  • An existing reservation can be modified or cancelled.
  • You will need your hotel confirmation number to modify or cancel your reservation.
  • All modifications and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Please note that all cancellations and modifications to your reservation must be made 72 hours before your scheduled check-in date.
