Don’t miss out on the opportunity to host an event during a conference and stand out from your competition! From golf outings and breakfast presentations to spa luncheons and themed receptions, companies can host unique events that will get them noticed—the possibilities are endless!

The conference schedule does allow for interested organizations to host events that do not conflict with the official conference agenda. Requests to host an event must be submitted by April 17, 2017; space assignments will be confirmed in mid-April 2017. Please note that requests for a specific meeting space are not guaranteed. Fees for events exceeding 300 total attendees, will be individually assessed based on space allocation, day, and time.
