The conference concluded with an overview of key fintech trends in a panel moderated by Kelley Conway, managing director of Accenture’s Financial Services Technology Advisory.
Frank Cooper III, senior managing director and global chief marketing officer at BlackRock, moderated a discussion on how to leverage tech in data-driven marketing. The panel, which also included Simon Mulcahy, chief innovation officer at Salesforce, and Martha “Marty” Willis, chief marketing officer for Nuveen, noted the importance of keeping the human element in place.
Cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity are all game changers when it comes to fintech, but it’s important to bring them together. And though efficiency has always been a key focus, customer loyalty has come more into play, noted panel moderator Kelley Conway, managing director at Accenture Financial Services Technology Advisory. Also included in the panel were Chris Ackerson, head of product: search and AI for AlphaSense, and Dave Hannibal, global head of strategic partnerships and alliances for Duco.
