Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit

Each participant who completes the 2021 General Membership Meeting program will be eligible for approximately 7.0 hours of CPE credit.

Each participant who completes the 2021 Operations and Technology Conference program will be eligible for approximately 3.5 hours of CPE credit.

ICI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

Learning objectives: Recognize the importance of current securities and regulatory developments affecting investment companies and investment advisers. Provide updates on current regulatory developments affecting registered funds and investment advisers.
Program level: Basic
Delivery mode: Group internet based course
Prerequisites: No prerequisites or advance preparations are necessary for these programs.
Recommended fields of study: Specialized knowledge
Attendance: NASBA recordkeeping standards require you to respond when prompted during each of the sessions through the conference. You may be prompted 2-3 times per session. Data collected by this process will be used by ICI to calculate your credit hours and will not be shared with any other organization for any purpose other than NASBA-required audits.

CPE certificates for each conference will be emailed after attendance has been verified. CPE credit is only available for attendees who watched the conference live.
