Attending credentialed media may use video, still photography, or audio recordings for noncommercial use under the following circumstances only.

  • When explicitly approved in advance, in writing, by ICI Media Relations, the following is permitted:
    • Live or taped interviews with presenters and attendees who have agreed to the interview in advance
    • Live broadcast, webcast, or taping of part or all of a session
  • Some general session speakers may set different rules in advance for broadcast coverage of their remarks, including no or limited taping or transmission.
  • Credentialed broadcast media are permitted to record or carry live the remarks of any currently serving US government officials (for example, the FSB chair).
